Residential Tower MARK Takes Concrete Shape

MARK is the tallest residential building in Utrecht. The building is becoming increasingly visible. In 2026, BPD Ontwikkeling, Koopmans Bouwgroep, and J.P. van Eesteren will start creating the final design.

This building will contain more than 1000 homes. There will also be 2600 square meters of retail space and 3200 square meters of space for social facilities.
