Greener and safer for traffic around Taagdreef: first neighborhood in Overvecht receives new sewer and new layout

The neighborhood around Taagdreef in Overvecht is becoming greener and safer. This is the first district in Overvecht where the sewer system is completely replaced. The streets will also receive a new layout.

Work on the new streets will begin in August 2026. The sewer system is being renovated and the municipality is creating more green spaces. There will also be more streets with a maximum speed limit of 30 kilometers per hour.

Furthermore, more places will be created where people can meet each other.
