Municipal Award for Jaap Röell

On Sunday, June 21, Jaap Röell received a special award, the Maartenspenning. Susanne Schilderman, the deputy mayor, presented him with the prize. This took place at the Centraal Museum.

Jaap Röell received the award because he wrote a book. The book is titled Lexicon of the Artist Members of the Genootschap Kunstliefde. During a special presentation, he was shown the first version of his book.
