In Utrecht, PRO Utrecht and D66 have jointly created a new plan for the city. They want more people to live well and affordably. Therefore, they want 80% of the new houses to be affordable.

Forty percent of those houses are for social rent and 40% are for people with a middle income, for renting or buying. The city council also wants houses and businesses to become more sustainable. With the plan 'Utrecht insulates,' they will help people better insulate their homes or businesses.

This way, they will use less energy. They want equal opportunities for children. Therefore, more opportunities for early childhood education will be created.

Children will also receive free lunches at school and will attend school for longer during the day. This way, all children can learn and grow well. The new administration wants to talk less and do more.

They want the people of Utrecht to notice the changes quickly. PRO Utrecht and D66 are proud of their plan. They say it is good for the environment and for all the people in the city.
