This Summer, Work Begins on the Northern Ring Road Utrecht

This summer, the municipality of Utrecht begins work on the Northern Ring Road Utrecht (NRU). A new type of asphalt will be laid at Henri Dunant Square, Albert Schweitzer Drive, and Karl Marx Drive. This asphalt reduces noise when cars drive over it.

The traffic lights at the intersection with Moldau Drive and at Henri Dunant Square will also be changed. As a result, cars and bicycles can pass through more quickly. Traffic will be better managed in this way, and it will be more pleasant for local residents.
