Work on Basisweg – S102: additional travel time and major traffic disruption expected

A great deal of work will be carried out on Basisweg near the S102 in Amsterdam over the coming months. The municipality will modify the road. As a result, there will be fewer lanes.

Cars and buses will sometimes have to take a detour. Additional detours will be in place. Many people should allow for extra travel time.

There may also be long traffic jams during rush hour. Anyone traveling by car or bus would be better off leaving earlier. The work will begin this month and last for several months.
