Enexis cut the power around eleven thirty on Sunday near Tilburg. Approximately 18,000 customers were without power. According to Enexis, there was a risk of overload and damage had to be prevented. After seventeen minutes, the majority had power again.

In a car accident in Heibloem, four men died on Sunday afternoon. Two other occupants were injured and taken to the hospital. According to the police, the car left the road around 2:30 p.m. The cause is being investigated and part of the road remains closed.
