In the United States, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the U.S. competition and consumer-protection regulator, is investigating major artificial intelligence companies, Bloomberg reports. They include OpenAI and Anthropic. President Trump does not want additional artificial intelligence regulations, but rather self-regulation by companies.
