De gemeente Utrecht heeft een nieuw project gemaakt.
The municipality of Utrecht (city in the Netherlands) has created a new project.
Dit project heet U-Match.
This project is called U-Match.
Het is voor mensen die in Nederland willen wonen en werken.
It is for people who want to live and work in the Netherlands.
U-Match helpt deze mensen om sneller te leren en te werken.
U-Match helps these people to learn and work faster.
De eerste klas is nu begonnen bij MBO Utrecht.
The first class has now started at MBO Utrecht (vocational education institution).
In deze klas leren de deelnemers over de zorg.
In this class, the participants learn about healthcare.
Ze krijgen ook een baan.
They also get a job.
Dit is goed voor de mensen en voor de bedrijven in Utrecht.
This is good for the people and for the companies in Utrecht (city in the Netherlands).
Na een jaar hebben de deelnemers een contract voor een baan.
After one year, the participants have a contract for a job.
Dit helpt hen om zelf geld te verdienen.
This helps them to earn money independently.
Als ze hun diploma halen, zijn ze goed ingeburgerd in Nederland.
If they obtain their diploma, they are well integrated into the Netherlands.
