Marineterrein: from war shipyard to innovation hub with a renewed role in resilience

The Marineterrein is a special place in the Netherlands. A long time ago, in the 17th century, people built large warships there. These ships were used in war.

Now the Marineterrein is a place for new ideas and learning. At the moment, there are 123 people learning how to be strong and safe. They are undergoing resilience training.

This means they practice taking better care of themselves and being less afraid in difficult situations. In this way, the Marineterrein once again has an important role, just like in the past.
