The Linneausstraat was already established in 1308

The Linneausstraat is located in Amsterdam. This street has existed since the year 1308. Many years ago, people walked here along a small road beside meadows.

Now trams, buses, and cars drive here. Many people live on the street. Starting this summer, there will be a major renovation.

The street will get new asphalt. Trees and plants will be added. Old buildings on the street will remain, but sometimes they will get new windows or doors.

During the work, the street is sometimes closed. Buses and trams will then go a different way. After the renovation, the street will become safer and more beautiful for everyone.
