Towards a green and climate-resilient neighborhood: design for new layout of Amazonekwartier established

The Amazonekwartier in Overvecht will get more plants and trees, making the neighborhood greener. The roads and streets will become safer for cars, cyclists, and pedestrians. There will also be new playgrounds and sports fields for children and adults.

These changes will make the neighborhood better prepared for bad weather, such as heavy rain or heat. The plan for this has now been made by the mayor and aldermen.
