Expansion of Nieuw Welgelegen sports park starts with two new fields

The city council has decided that the Nieuw Welgelegen sports park will become larger. They want to build four additional sports fields. They have looked into what the best approach is.

They have chosen plan B. In the first phase, two new sports fields will be added on the west side of the park. There will also be a new combined field for baseball and softball.

This field will have good lighting and water drainage. This is what the city council wanted for 2025.
