Declining Poverty Trend in Utrecht and Increased Use of Municipal Programs

There is less poverty in Utrecht than before. More and more people with little money are making use of assistance from the municipality. If people with low incomes receive all the help, they can usually have enough money to live.

Yet not everyone who is entitled to this help actually applies for it. This is reported by two new studies published today.
