Amsterdam made over 1,800 homes habitable again last year
English · translation
In 2025, Amsterdam made more than 1,800 houses ready to live in again. The city has worked well to combat vacancy, so more people can find a home. Amsterdam has also checked for housing fraud.
As a result, many homes are available again for people looking for a house. Amsterdam continues to work towards having enough homes for everyone.
