Utrecht to Get the Longest Waterfront Park in the Netherlands

A new park is being developed in Utrecht along the Amsterdam–Rhine Canal and the Merwede Canal. The park will be built over the coming years. Once the park is completed, people will be able to walk or cycle 12 kilometres along the water and through nature.
Today, people from Utrecht are invited to share their ideas about the plans. They can also choose a new name for the park.
