Explosion, elections, hail, and traffic (Sunday, March 15)

There was an explosion overnight at the Jewish school Cheider in Amsterdam. The police say that two people arrived on a motor scooter, and one planted an explosive. Halsema calls it a targeted attack, and Van Weel is investigating a connection with Rotterdam.
