New resident app for waste in Utrecht

The Municipality of Utrecht (the local government) has a new waste app. This app is called the “Utrecht Waste App.” The app enables residents and the municipality to manage waste more effectively.
For example, people can see when their waste will be collected. The app also helps the municipality manage waste more effectively. The old Waste Guide will continue to work for a while.
This gives people time to get used to the new app. Later, the municipality will discontinue the old app.
